It's free for you and your clients because the service providers cover it. When your client enrolls in a service, the provider pays Utilities Butler. Your client pays the same price they'd pay anyway, and there's never a fee for you.
Why do providers pay you?
We help them reach people right when they need service. We introduce their plans to people who are moving and handle the questions that come with signing up, which saves providers time and money. They're glad to pay us for that.
Who can become a partner?
Anyone who works with people on the move. That includes apartment locators, real estate agents, leasing agents, leasing managers and property managers, along with mortgage and insurance professionals, title companies, home inspectors, influencers and other industry specialists.
